| Scott and Shawna Hobson were married on July 3, 1975. We decided to make the Columbia Basin our home and raise a family. We also wanted to raise the best Paint Horses possible. Scott got a job as an electrician for the Irrigation District and has been working there for about 34 years. In January 1977 our first son was born; in December 1978 we had a set of twin boys and in February 1983 we had our second set of twins, a boy and a girl. Our 3 oldest sons all joined the USMC and have now finished their Active Duty. The children are all grown now pursuing their own lives and careers in various parts of the country. Our family has "grown" with the addition of "in-laws" and 9 precious grand- children, but we all share the love of horses and the pride Hobson Paint Horses takes in producing top quality foals. |
